Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier at the time of registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by xy777 and may vary. PKR amounts displayed on the platform are for information purposes and reflect the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
xy777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network issues or circumstances beyond xy777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. xy777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.
The xy777 platform is accessible via standard web browsers on desktop and mobile devices. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements. xy777 does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the xy777 cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by xy777. Processing times depend on the payment method selected. xy777 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from fully verified Accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published in the cashier. xy777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but actual processing times depend on the selected payment method, the completeness of KYC documentation and any additional verification requirements. Processing windows are indicative only and not guaranteed.
xy777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for additional supporting documentation, before releasing funds. Compliance with such requests is a condition of withdrawal processing.
xy777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. xy777 may freeze or close Accounts and withhold associated funds where AML obligations require it.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by xy777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion in the Promotions section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn). The applicable multiplier, eligible game contributions and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Players should review these carefully before claiming any bonus.
xy777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or otherwise exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
xy777 operates a voluntary VIP loyalty programme with tier-based rewards. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to its own terms, published in the VIP section of the platform. Tier thresholds, reward structures and eligibility criteria may be amended by xy777 at any time. VIP rewards are illustrative unless specifically confirmed as live offers in writing by xy777.
All bets placed on xy777 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each selection, stake amount and bet type before confirmation. xy777 is not liable for errors made by the Player when placing bets.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Where a bet is placed at odds that were incorrect due to a technical error, xy777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, or to settle the bet at the correct odds.
Live betting markets are available on selected sports events including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC bouts and esports. Live odds update in real time and xy777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets. Decisions on void or suspended markets made during live play are final.
Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. xy777 does not influence, alter or misrepresent game outcomes. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages, not guarantees of return for individual play sessions. Past results have no bearing on future game outcomes.
In the event of a manifest pricing or settlement error, xy777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. This applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of xy777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xy777, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the xy777 platform.
xy777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Gambling carries financial risk. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. xy777 is not responsible for any financial losses sustained through normal use of the platform within the rules of the applicable games and markets.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting xy777 Support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be resolved. Real-money Account balances, net of applicable bonus adjustments, will be returned to the Player via a verified withdrawal method subject to KYC compliance.
xy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full if the breach is confirmed.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xy777 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani players are reminded that local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may affect the legal enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan. xy777 does not represent that these Terms are compliant with Pakistani law. Players must obtain independent legal advice if required.
xy777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, xy777 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the xy777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact Support to close your Account.
